Setting Up Your Payments


As part of our service to our tenants, we aim to ensure you are provided with the best technologies and services to improve your experience with us.

Therefore we have engaged a payment provider to give you control and benefits to paying your rent.
To set up your ongoing rental payments with us please see the following information.


Ongoing Rent Payments

North Avenue Real Estate’s preferred payment provider is Rental Rewards.
To ensure you don’t miss any payments please set-up your ongoing rent payments online as soon as possible through the link provided below.
Once registered, please send your registration confirmation to info@northavenuere.com.au.
 **Don’t forget to use your tenancy code (if you don’t know it please contact us or refer to your original acceptance email.

Available payment options include:

Bank Account $1.50 per transaction.
Credit Card/Debit Card
  • Mastercard Standard – 1.25%;
  • Mastercard Corporate – 1.6%;
  • Visa Standard – 1.45%;
  • Visa Corporate – 1.80%;
  • International Visa /                Mastercard 3%;
  • AMEX – 1.80% per transaction.
  • Diners – 2.53% per transaction.

BPay $2.75 per transaction


A failed payment fee of $15.00 will be incurred if your payments fail. (This fee will be on top of your usual bank fee for failed payments).
Other accepted payment methods in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2010:
  • 35. Manner of payment of rent
(2) A landlord or landlord’s agent must permit a tenant to pay the rent by at least one means for which the tenant does not incur a cost (other than bank fees or other account fees usually payable for the tenant’s transactions) and that is reasonably available to the tenant. 
Other accepted payment methods (that do not incur a charge other than standard bank fee) to pay rental and other payments to us is by personal cheque payable to:
  • North Avenue Real Estate Trust Account – Suite 82 / 47 Neridah St, Chatswood NSW 2067.
All personal cheques are to be received at least 5 business days prior to the due date to allow for bank clearance days.
Please note that it is the policy of this business not to accept payments by cash or direct deposit into the trust due to the risk of fraud and theft.

Payment Processing & Time Frames

Please note that due to bank processing time frames, payments may take up to 4 business days to reach us. Please factor this when you commence your payments as funds need to be received as cleared funds on the due date.
